Our partnership with KAUT's Rise and Shine show

MetroFamily is excited to announce that we are contributing a parenting segment on the popular morning show Rise and Shine on OK43. Every Wednesday, we'll be highlighting the local info parents need to know to have more fun with their families. Lance West of Rise and Shine and a MetroFamily representative can be watched every Wednesday at 7:45am. For more information about OK43, click here.
